I give it 5*. This course goes deeper into detail then other similar courses which gives you an even better understanding of Food Safety which is what we are all trying to a achieve.

good comprehensive training
Good course, unfortunately I was not in the best work space to view it, the air con leaked on me during test which resulted in me pressing the wrong button
