Good reinforcement of key course content
A good refresher.

OK for eLearning, is not my preference
E-learning is not my preference, does not allow for discussion and sharing of experience. Attempts to suit different types of learners, could possibly do with more stories to bring to life, videos were clear. Difficult to cover the variety of possible audiences and make it applicable, little for the type of volunteering contact I am involved in but having worked in NHS can see it meets the mandatory requirements for them.
Easy to complete
I found the training easy to complete in one session. The videos were short and to the point, so easy to follow and absorb. The test at the end was easy to compete and I feel I now have the skills to recognise when someone needs safeguarding.
Comprehensive and understandable
I enjoyed the course it was clear and understandable but may benefit from more live examples

really good online course nice and steadily presented with enough time to absorb information. Presenters were NOT annoying either!

Concise and easy to follow
This was a concise and easy to follow course that wasn't a chore to complete (unlike others I've done for other organisations previously).
