Clearly this course covered a large range of care issues. I struggled a bit as I have not ever had to care for vunerable adults. Very well presented, especially the commentators voice whom spoke eloquently. Thanks again ihasco.

Amazingly thorough
Very detailed and intense. Far more so than I imagine I will need but I realise it is really aimed at people desiring a certificate.
Excellent
This course was both interesting and informative. I was very comfortable with the presenters who were clear and precise in their speech. Although a lot of material was covered, I did not feel overwhelmed. The short quizzes were a good indication as to whether I was understanding the material but the final test was rather simplistic and could have made more demands.
