Getting your staff to complete their training is no mean feat. Whether you’re responsible for training a handful of employees or thousands, a little incentive might just go a long way towards pushing training progression.
Our monthly prize draw and social media competitions aim to inject some added fun and the chance to win a little something for those that successfully complete an iHasco course.
How do they work?
Each month, we have two £100 Amazon vouchers up for grabs. All your staff need to do for a chance of winning is to complete a single training session!
Prize draw
One user ID will be randomly selected at the end of each month. If this user has completed a training course throughout that month, they’ll win a voucher!
Your Account Manager will reach out if a member of your team wins the prize draw, and they’ll arrange the delivery of the prize.
Social media competition
Users should print off their certificate (the completion date must match the date of that month’s competition) and take a photo of it.
If they don’t have a printer, they can always take a photo of their certificate on a laptop screen. They’re not required to be in the picture.
After that, they need to post it to either Facebook, LinkedIn or Instagram, and be sure to tag us and use #iHascoCompetition. Then we’ll pick our favourite photo posted that month!
Your Account Manager will reach out if a member of your team wins the social media competition, and they’ll arrange the delivery of the prize.
The winners will also be announced on this page at the start of each month.
