Our Classroom Mode Training Feature
Posted 5 years ago
One of the many features that make iHasco stand out from other online training providers is the flexibility of our training. It should be able to be completed anywhere and everywhere.
One feature that allows our clients to make use of their workspace is our “Classroom Training” mode, which is a blended-learning approach that enables our training courses to be utilised in a variety of working environments, on a much larger scale.
For a long time, there has been a stigma attached to Health & Safety and HR Compliance training, with some people seeing them as unnecessary, mundane topics. Obviously, that is not the case, this training is incredibly important and is in place to keep people safe. iHasco fight this stigma with stunning graphics, animations, and interactivity to keep learners engaged throughout their training.
But typically, people won’t believe something until they see it. So, sending a group of learners away to complete their eLearning may result in a stubborn few not completing their training, which can cause headaches for training administrators. This is where Classroom Mode could be the perfect solution.
With Classroom mode, you are able to gather staff into one area, whether that’s a portacabin or a boardroom, and you can have the group complete the training session under your watch.
This feature gives you access to both the test papers and answers, allowing tests to be completed once the session has finished.
The results can then be imported and stored in your Learning Management System (LMS). If you are unsure of how to do this, your designated Account Manager is on hand to help.
If you are unsure of how to use Classroom Mode, or you’d like to hear more about the feature, get in touch with your Account Manager today!
Alternatively, if you’re not already a client, call us on 01344 867088 or request a demo of our system and a member of our team will be in touch to assist.
