Unexpected downtime on our LMS platform – resolved

We’ve been made aware that our system is encountering some unexpected errors this morning – users may see a ‘502 Bad Gateway error’ message.

Our technical and development team have been actively working on a fix for this issue, resulting in noticeable performance improvements. While we remain cautious, ongoing monitoring is essential for complete resolution. We’re closely watching the system, and we’re optimistic about enhanced stability.
