We turned a few heads in 2020 (and 2021!)

With all the trials and tribulations thrown our way last year and to date, we are proud to say we’ve still had some real highlights throughout 2020 and into 2021. We achieved more awards from industry recognised bodies and platforms and as part of one of our company values, ‘Seek Constant Improvement’, we hope this is just the beginning for this year!
Top of Europe Regional Satisfaction Index
In June, we topped the European Satisfaction Index for Compliance Software Providers in G2 Crowds summer reports. We had a 97% satisfaction score with the runners up 11% behind with 86%!

Voted Easiest to Use Compliance Learning Software
We then received another award from G2 Crowd. We have been named the Easiest to Use Ethics & Compliance Learning Software. With results of 8.9 for usability, 9.2 for ease of admin, 9.4 for ease of use and 9.1 for meeting requirements, we were overjoyed with the results! (Read more)
Top 100 Small Company to Work For in the UK
In February 2020, it was made official – iHasco are the 46th Best Small Company to work for in the UK! We received a score of 764 for the Best Companies Index and subsequently have also been ranked as the 20th best company to work for in the South East of England, too! (Read more)
Mental Health Awareness training 1st place
March 2020 saw iHasco’s Mental Health Awareness Training win 1st place in Tomorrow’s Health & Safety Awards 2020! This was iHasco’s first time submitting an entry for the awards and with a first-place win, we were overjoyed to see we were making a genuine difference! (Read more)
Customer satisfaction survey 9.1 out of 10
Our annual customer satisfaction survey saw our clients rate iHasco 9.1 out of 10 overall! Feedback from our clients means a lot to us and to see things like “High-quality courses & course choices”, “Cost-effective” and “Great customer service” chosen as the top reasons people chose iHasco! DSE Assessment Tool 3rd place
In the 2021 Tomorrow’s Health & Safety Awards our DSE Assessment Tool won 3rd place out of 50 finalists! These awards celebrate the best services and products for health and safety in the workplace and the feedback on this tool from our clients has been immense! (Read more)
Care Certificate Package 2nd place
In March 2021, the iHasco Care Certificate Package also won second place in the Tomorrow’s Care Awards 2021! This award was voted for by the readers of Tomorrow’s Care and we’re so happy to hear that Care Professionals – who had one of the hardest years last year – found our training package to be a great tool for their workplaces! Knowledge base awarded technical author merit
In April 2020, we saw the iHasco Knowledge Base undergo a complete makeover, with the help of our Technical Author – Amanda, from Spirit Software Ltd. This saw The Technical Communications UK (TCUK) judges award our Technical Author a ‘merit’ for the iHasco Knowledge Base in the 2020 UK Technical Communication Awards! (Read more)
Milestone of over 7 million training sessions delivered
It’s hard to imagine that at the first lockdown in March last year saw us celebrate delivering 5 million training sessions! And now we’ve reached both the 6 and 7 million milestones all in the space of a year! This milestone highlights just how crucial eLearning became for workplaces all over the world during lockdown.
Endorsed by Skills for Care
We’ve been providing the Care sector with training for over a decade and we noticed a gap in our offering to the care sector, so for 12 months prior to this, we’d been working on improving our service to the care community and to better support the adult social care workforce, resulting in iHasco being endorsed by Skills for Care as a Learning and Development Provider for the Adult Social Care workforce. Over 50 new course approvals from IOSH & IIRSM
It’s important to us that our training experience is one of the best on the market. That’s why we aim to get our courses independently audited by as many recognised authorities as possible. With that in mind, in August we received even more approvals from IOSH and IIRSM for our training courses. (Read more)

Provided over 4,000 care homes in the South East of England with free Mental Health & Stress Awareness training
In April 2020, we partnered with the NHS to see over 4,000 care homes in South East England gain access to free Mental Health Awareness and Stress Awareness for all staff. With the impact that COVID-19 had on people working in the Care sector, we hoped our training would provide advice & awareness to staff that may not have been available before. (Read more)
