My experience with an introduction to leadership training was amazing. learning each section about leadership. Having the chance to understand the knowledge and developing new skills. I am now fully confident to have leadership training in the future, this website was a perfect resource to find out and test myself how I can challenge myself for a a leadership role, having a leadership role in school, has made me understand more about leadership as a team and individually. Individuals can learn areas for improvement and their strengths. leading towards aiming leadership as a team is the best goal to achieve, this website has made me understand that.

Well thought out
Really like the sections asking you to write questions or thoughts. Overall well done in a nice cadence with clear simple guidance with the questions for adding the extra engagement to push it to the 5 stars
