great topics covered; not too much detail; enjoyed the practical of creating vision
Straight forward introduction to leadership
this course introduces the concept of what makes a leader and what the aspects of good leadership looks like. There is no test at the end making it a even better first step for those who worry about courses and taking tests/exams at the end.

I really liked how this course was run, it was informative but not too formal. I liked the answering question stage as it made me consider how to implement leadership outside of just management, and that leadership is more than that.
