Clears up misconceptions of leadership
It is a good course because it clears up some misconceptions about Leaders and clarifies what effective Leadership is and how it can be achieved. It summarizes the different styles and methods of leadership, how they work and the effects of each. It has shown me to look at how I lead my team and assess all aspects of my own leadership and how it works, how to improve it and adapt to different situations.

The delivery of the subject matter is not littered with business jargon and is presented in a simple to follow and easy to listen format. A good platform for those new to leadership stimulating thought and reflection of one's own style and how this can be adapted, developed or changed.
