good

it would be nice tohave more training specific on ADHD and other mental aspects

Didn't really tackle some of the most important challenges autistic people face

This was a general overview of autism, but I was disappointed that it didn't really raise awareness of issues autistic people often face at school or in the workplace. I was surprised it didn't explain how sometimes autistic people can be labelled as not being attentive (because they might look like they're not listening, because they find maintaining eye contract stressful), or rude , because they may not understand rhetorical questions or will tell the truth if asked something, whereas neurotypical people may know that sometimes people don't really want a truthful answer, or even an answer at all. In my experience, these are major factors in misunderstandings at school and work and are down to a lack of understanding, which can result in a person being judged unfairly. I think it would have been more helpful to train people on this, rather than some of the historical detail.

Awareness is a good thing

I find it taping the continue and next button during the module and test.

The autism awareness module was informative, engaging, and clearly presented. I appreciated the thoughtful questions that helped deepen my understanding of autism and neurodiversity. It was a valuable learning experience that increased my awareness and empathy.

good but 1 flaw

It talks about person first language, whilst using 3rd person language in the first slide.
