I was really impressed by the confidence building training. The bite-sized steps and quick self reflection gave me a real boost.
I was really impressed by the 'Confidence Building Training', I loved how it reinforced self accomplishment, offered managable self help steps, and gave quick tips for self reflection. I would really urge others, whether they feel confident, lack confidence or even feel over confident – to take time out to do this short course, as i found it incredibly valuable both personally and in my working environment.
