Very informative
Really enjoyed it and was easy to understand
This was something i learnt years ago. Unfortunately if you do not apply it you lose the ability.
people get caught up in the dramas of life and forget the basics, these techniques are the mechanics that keep you mentally and physically healthy, enabling a person to develop at their own pace..
Just the confidence boost I needed..
Clear and precise.
Great Refresher Training
I found the information useful and the techniques i.e. Superman Pose was reinforced through the questions asked. Content, time and presentation was engaging.
Super training , ideal for what was needed .
I really enjoyed the course and i found it most helpful . Thank you .
Good all round overview on confidence within yourself.
Knew mainly the key elements covered as have invested in PD work a lot. Great to have some key reminders though when doing the short course.
Very good
Boost confidence what you do.

Not suitable for neurodivergent people
While the training overall is okay for neurotypical people, it is not at all suitable for people who are neurodivergent. Tips to appear more confident (the body language, eye contact etc.) are not just useless for neurodivergent people, but actively harmful and detrimental to their health and careers. They encourage masking instead of actual neurodivergent confidence and focus. While the note about not everyone being physically able to show their confidence through body language and gestures is good, the whole focus on showing the confidence off to people around rather than focusing on being confident, is not inclusive of the disabled and neurodivergent community.
Thought provoking and very encouraging
