A good refresher for me
I have taken this course at a previous employer. It works very well via online. I felt the line diagrams/art was a bit distracting though.

Presentations were very professional
The presentation was very clear and concise and covered most aspects in reasonable time frame.
Content was fine but very slow
The content of the training was fine, but some sections were very slow and I found this frustrating. The video format for a whole training session I find difficult, perhaps if it was a mix or choice of video and readable material it would be easier to digest.
