The Coshh training was very easy to understand the basics of hazardous materials and the damage they can cause to the enviroment, people and surroundings if they aren't dealt with correctly and following the correct procedures.

Well presented and covers the basics.
On the upside it covers the basics of COSHH and should serve as a useful reminder of the (generally common sense) approaches and methodologies involved. On the downside it is a little dry and a tad dull.

I think that a lot of this should be taught in schools. It has opened up my eyes.
