I found the course interesting and useful, and receiving the certificate immediately was most welcome. If I could change anything it would be to have the same content in the videos but have less of them, so instead of five 2 minute videos maybe do them as two 5 minute videos.

Final Questions were too easy.
Having been in the facilities industry for many years, I have used several different systems to this such as Human Focus, Eskilz etc. and note that this platform assumes that all staff have access to a PC while at work. Furthermore there isn't any interim testing to ensure that the delegate has taken-in the information just imparted. I have found that in some cases if the delegate is made to read the info, they absorb the information easier. I also found that the questions at the end were too easy!
