This is a useful refresher course on an important subject. Well presented, clear and concise.

The course exceeded my expectations and it was really helpful to have some information on Disposal of devices to ensure secure disposal of data. The rest of the information I was already aware of, but it was helpful to be refreshed and reminded of important procedures and practices to ensure data is secure.

Good training, made me think about my own personal cyber security and that i should change a few passwords!

Sometimes teaching technology can be too complicated and use too much technical jargon. I found this simple and easy as a man in the street to understand. I didn't require IT knowledge to know what was being taught. Great training

This was a very interesting course as it gave a lot of information which I was not aware of – especially how to protect myself from cyber crime. It will make me more vigilant on how I use devices in the future.
