It's important to have the training in an email for reference purposes.
The training is suppose to be more detail to enable the trainee learn all the HSE material in order to take precaution.

Very Useful
This is a very good refresher course. We spend so much of our day using screens, that we never really think about what we are doing. This course highlights the importance of checking that your workstation is set up suitably for yourself and not just using the the setup from a the person who used the workstation before you. It also reminded me that exercise is essential to prevent potential health problems. An enjoyable and relevant course.
