its very obvious that that she was reading from text, tone of voice very mono and lack of body expressions
Very useful and effective training which was explained in a easy to understand way.
I was always taught that a decision is better than no decision, which is true but taking time to evaluate the circumstances and potential knock on effects is extremely useful too.
