I took part in the 'Effective Recruitment' training, which I found enjoyable, I learnt new information and expanded my knowledge within my role at work.

This gave me a good insight into both the law surrounding recruitment and our Group's recruitment policy.
Covers all the important issues
There needs to be an interactive activity in each section, a few video clips, photos and little tasks to do e.g a multiple choice question
