The "Emergency First Aid at Work Refresher
The "Emergency First Aid at Work Refresher (EFAW)" course was very useful and clearly presented. It refreshed key first aid skills, such as CPR, use of an AED, managing bleeding, and dealing with burns, in a practical and easy-to-understand way. I particularly liked the step-by-step guidance and real-life examples. The course could be even better with more interactive scenarios or hands-on practice, but overall it was an effective refresher that reinforces confidence in responding to workplace emergencies.

First aid courses are the best courses I’ve ever attended just to think it could help save someone’s life what a reward in achievement that would be this course was excellent for a brush up 5 stars all the way

Very good refresher course, presented online.
This course did exactly what the introduction said; provide a very good refresher after taking the F2F FAW course, or act as a good introduction, prior to undertaking the full course. The video clips were all clear and the supporting material was very useful.
