Good course/presentation. As ex First Aid Instructor I think the questions at the end were poor. Should have focused on important things like knowledge of DRABC / CPR etc.
Good but not appropriate
Good back up training for first aiders but not for general workers… it was worrying. Although i suppose there might not be a first aider on hand and others might have to do their best. The AED bit really useful however for general public.
Interesting and very clear.
The course was delivered perfectly and easily understood. Guidance was 100%. Knowledge gained is high calibre. Thank You

A very clear and concise course with the option to review and reflect when i didn't get the answers correct. Going over the subject again made the information more relevant and easier to digest once starting the test.

Informative
I really enjoyed this training and learnt a lot throughout. It was also good to have a transcript of the videos available, which made it easier to do in a busy office when I'd forgotten my headphones.
