VERY INFORMATIVE
Gives you plenty of information on how to perform emergency first aid. I think its good that there is now information about how to use a defibrillator on the training too as many people wouldnt know where to start if they had to use one.
Yes the course was a good idea to refresh the knowledge I have gained in doing my first aid training.
