Rather patronising in sections
A lot of the information is obvious, as has been told better on TV. Felt like it wasn't tailored to CC and no anywhereness of local offices and what is/is not being done already. It seemed to be a required exercise necessary to tick boxes, rather than an informative exercise.

Bit patronising
I found the delivery patronising and the suggestions all a bit obvious.

Engaging and full of practical tips
Thought the content was good, the use of video was engaging and there were plenty of practical tips and links to other useful resources
