Simple approach with non-distracting presenters and good graphics led to ready understanding and consequent good recall of key facts for the test at the end
Clear but took longer than stated
Clear but quite a lot that was not relevant for our office environment eg chemical spillages

Clearly spoken and easy to understand
The course was basic but had enough information to help and was easy to understand. Delivered well.
Very clear and interesting.
I thought the course was very interesting and will make me more aware of hazards in the workplace and how to deal with them appropriately should they arise. Health and safety is everybody's responsibly at work as it keeps us all safe. The course was very straight to the point so you weren’t inundated with too much information which made it very clear.
Useful information
It provided some useful information, which could be vital in future scenarios. An improvement would be to include more mini-tests to review the content in each section, so that you're better prepared for the final test.

Clear instructions allowing opportunity to go back if needed to check any section and allowing time to do the course at own pace.
