covers key areas of health ans safety and is easy to follow it covers all legal requirements and i found it easy to follow, i gained a better understanding of types of risks in the workplace than could affect a workplace and employees an their employers if not risk assessed and dealt with to miminise accidents

Very simple and straight forward.
I understand its general training, some of the unrelated sections were hard to pay attention too such as, office work. But I understand its covering a general basis. Overall, engaging and informative but not over the top.
