These courses do open your eyes and make you think before you jump into the task.
Some of it was a little boring
There should be an order in which to attempt to do each piece of training as I did them in an order that was incorrect.

I found this health and safety training useful it will enable me demonstrate it in my working environment.
Good presentation, quite easy to follow
Having been through many health & safety courses previously, I found this quite easy to follow. I think a person with less experience might have struggled with some items. Presentation seemed very fast.
