Clear, Concise, Compelling and Engageing
This training was simple and achievable for any employee. The delivery lends itself to different learning styles with films, scripts, colours and presenters who speak with neutral accents in clear language. The package informs at an appropriate level to give any employee confidence in completing the test and fulfilling the role. 5 stars to the course design team. I look forward to the next fire drill.

Very comprehensive & easy to understand explanation of expectations of the role.
The course content was better than I expected. It was long, but but it did break everything down and made the 'sciency' bits comprehensible. I think I felt a bit disheartened when I saw some modules had 40/50 screens to it – so maybe they could separate some sections into different modules to make it more friendly on a 'psychological' level. I was glad they had such detailed information on how to use the various fire extinguishers – they are normally 'scary' things that sit there in the office and I wouldn't have known what to do. The course certainly made me feel more empowered should I need to use it. Many thanks!
I really enjoyed doing this course, it makes you think, and is good to refresh your responsibilities regarding the safety of other.
