The course was easy to follow
A very well put together course that went through the various modules with easy to understand explanations

Not much fun after watching exactly the same content year after year – could do with a much shorter condensed refresher and exam which identifies any weak areas and bounces back to more detailed learning if required.

Human behaviour is hard to understand so more frequent fire drills should be carried out with real life scenario's so that people understand the dangers of fire and take fire training seriously

This is the clearest and most well planned online Fire Warden training I have undergone. Later the same day I experienced a fire evacuation and confidently knew what to do… so it worked!
Engaging, informative and professional
I think it was one of the best training courses I have completed so far. The content was very engaging and videos were kept short so it was easier to pay attention. After the videos there was interactive content which allowed for remembering of main points. The videos were professional and had good graphics. There was no reading of large blocks of text and I could easily return to the training content if I had to stop the session for whatever reason. I wish all our work courses were like that.
