Clear and structured training
As this is not linked to ESR, my staff are having issues with it showing on ESR. Despite following instructions, a month later it is still now showing on ESR for them.

May be a bit confusing
It starts off with a lot of mays and then goes to a lot of ares without a clear link between what the person is responsible for versus may be responsible for. It would be clearer to cover the may alongside the are responsible for as well as a structured list of things you must confirm with the employer.
