Detailed and informative course
A great refresher course which is detailed and informative. All subject areas convey necessary information on how to provide relevant first aid procedures in specific incidents. However, a pragmatic approach in addressing some procedures are necessary with this type of training to ensure an individual feels confident it is done correctly ie administering the recovery position, applying slings and bandages etc.

Very informative
Very good course, I would have liked more tests throughout the course to check my understanding rather than just one at the end. Overall very well presented.
The course was easy to follow
The course was very good and provided a high level overview on basic first aid training and covered most 'common' scenarios. The training was delivered in plain English with videos examples which provided clear guidance on how to administer basic first aid training in each scenario.
