Very good awareness of the need and requirements in the workplace to keep employees and everyone else safe

Speed of delivery of key pieces of information is too fast to consider and record
The Low and High levels of First Aider / emergency first, aid, appointed first aid is sped through and not easy to think through when you are learning. This causes issues with taking the test at the end as those pieces of information are key.
