Everyone should do this training as it give you all the information about handling the food correctly and safely, you can save someone's life.
It was concise
It was nice and consistent but I didn't notice any other language options which may be limiting to those who do not use English as a first language. Also not being able to skip sections like "break" wasn't conducive to getting through it in a timely manner.
