This course was clear and informative. It made me realise just how careful you need to be when serving food to customers. It would have been helpful if I could have gone back to specific parts of the course- maybe you can but it wasn’t clear to me how to do that
Some foods may cause allergies to some people so awareness regarding this must be spread in the food companies.
