A bit repetitive
It seems to contain a lot of items that are covered in other courses – ie HACCP, the food safety level 1 information etc. Is there a way this could be streamlined?

Presented as interestingly as possible!
Given its not fun finding a spare 3hrs to get this course completed – it is made interesting and easy to listen to the way its presented, broken up into short videos with plenty of true life examples
