Interactive, Relevant and User Friendly.
The interactive nature is very helpful to cover a variety of learning styles along with regular check and challenge points to reinforce learning and understanding that the information has been taken on board. A nice comprehensive course which covers a variety of key subjects under headings to get the day to day tasks and roles of the food handler well known and understood. Very good course. The enrollment and reminders and the modular content is also very helpful.

Very clear and well orgarnised
