Prefer visual learning and reading over listening. However, the content was informative.

Really good understanding of what person is saying and remember the question

People are taking the time out to volunteer – yet this mandatory course full of common sense takes a whopping 1 hour to complete. Could have at least given people the option to speed up the playback speed or leave as much content in text format as possible. The script would have taken very little time to read, yet I was forced to listen to someone slowly pronounce every word.
