Food Safety and Hygiene Training – Level 2 Reviews

This course covered more than I was expecting and didn't disappoint. I'm keen to develop and something like this which I thought I already knew still opened my eyes. The content also provided some particularly specific details about how I would be able to ensure company colleagues manage their food hygiene. I do believe that the next step is either level 3 or the managing course.

The course was delivered in easily digestible videos and it was good to have the option of repeating a module if needed to refresh or process information.
