It was good course!

A good course, I have done many but disappointed I got 3 questions wrong.

Very worthwhile

Well presented and broken down into bite-sized chunks. Good refresher against "kitchen complacency".

A highly informative course, with graphics and images to help those individuals who learn through these methods.

Enlightening!

I found the course was very interesting and I learned a lot about food, preparation, handling and storage et cetera. The only mistake I made, was splitting the course into two and doing one on one day and the other on the next day. I think if completed the course in one session. I would’ve done a lot better on the test! Something I did do, was frame grab most of the information, so I could refer to it in future. I think that is useful. It’s a bit like having notes, if that makes any sense?

Really informative

Thank you for allowing me to complete this training – it has been really helpful.

Not sure of overall relevance.

I can begin to recognise why helping older people receive their lunch, once a week, requires some understanding of food safety, but this 70 minute course went well beyond what I would judge as wholly relevant to my responsibilities in providing this support. A somewhat tick-box exrercise.
