Interesting, needs geographical update.
The course content was delivered using a variety of resources which made it interesting. It was useful to have a contents page, see the breakdown of topics and be able to review them individually. I found some of the content for chapter 5. "Law" confusing because it referenced UK law and I am living and working in the Republic of Ireland so upon recognizing slightly different details, I began to question the content. In particular, the Food Safety Act 1990 for the UK is actually the Food Safety Authority of Ireland Act 1998 for my geographical location. In Ireland Environmental Health Officers work for the HSE or the local authority so I found the question on the test with had both these options for answers confusing.
