I find it annoying u can’t change ur option on test.. I slipped and pressed wrong button by mistake…. Maybe have an option to confirm ur answer-ie- answer pressed goes orange the u press again to confirm goes green

A lot of content not relavent to me but ploughed through. As an amateur laptop user ( something always goes wrong without me doing anything !) I found it easy to follow and managed a pass. I write notes as i go so would have liked more relavent key points in the summary green boxes.

I was impressed at the way the course was handled, I will certainly recommend it to family and friends who are in the food business. Regards
