Wasn't too clear if we should sign up for the HACCP course mentioned in Additional Content in unit 42. Is this for further training beyond Level 2?

The course was clear and well delivered. Having two people deliver it held my interest more. There were lots of visuals and clear examples. Explanations were clear.
