Easy to understand
I feel these courses definitely help understand the process of the workplace and all the rules and guides you need to keep everyone safe

The 7 principles are very clear about how we should use the data from the customer in the daily work

the learning course was very good, but the test questions were hard to follow
Very repetitive and again, more information on passwords just like the other trainings.
