Easy to follow and understand
I think it's the second time I've done this particular training. I remembered concentration was definitely required to follow with sufficient understanding. This was achieved – a seemingly very complex subject made more straight forward.

I see for people who handle personal docs this course being required/relevant but not for my position, in my view. so my requirement to take the course i feel is not unessasary.
Clear and easy to follow
Broken down into shorter sections with questions at different points to check understanding of scenarios. Ability to complete across sessions is really useful.

A bit too long in parts
Re the dog bit, i thought this was just to fill in the course work and extend the time the course took , i didn't think any of this was relevant, i lost interest at that point. Same with the bit about personal pictures, i didn't think it was needed either. Other than that the course was interesting.
