For me it highlighted the importance of staying alert at all times, because it can be so easy to be tricked into doing what you don't want to do.

Lots of interruption's/no sound
Course was good and informative but made difficult for me by not having sound (used captions) due to not having a PC/Laptop (Using Terminal Base) and too many interruptions for stores requirements. Hence doing twice.
I found this course useful for my role.
I enjoyed the course information but found the background quite noisy. Therefore a little difficult to focus on what the presenter was saying.
