The course was very informative
I find the training packed with useful information and reminders on how to keep store and process data both physical and electronic. As a visual learner I find the images very helpful in terms of helping me embed the information. I would have like to see other individuals presenting instead of the one male presenter; albeit he was clear and effective.

Boring and tests technicalities
I didn't enjoy doing this test. It's a series of videos with someone talking to camera and then a test at the end. If I ran my lessons like this as a teacher I'd be sacked. I would prefer to see lots of different examples and different means of engagement – I do a lot of online workshops as a volunteer (Governor, Mencap volunteer) and both of these have much better GDPR courses. I don't seem to remember it being this poor last year!

Clear factual delivery
GDPR is a complicated subject but the trainer delivered the content in a clear and concise manner at a pace that aided understanding.
Clear, straightforward & informative
A good refresher for anyone dealing with personal information. This course provides an informative reminder on the how's, why's, do's and don'ts surrounding GDPR. The information given is clear and relevant to what is required to complete the 15 question test at the end.
