Very in depth course .Does it need to be like this?

The videos are dull to watch and the information is dry. I appreciate that the legislation isn't particularly interesting to most people, but it can definitely be more engaging than that. Moreover, how many of your participants actually click or use the supplementary material? Why isn't it present in the video? Do organisations who use your materials actually put it into practice? Do you have courses better tailored to their operations? Where are the subtitles for those who need them? Also, in the test itself you need have a selection option, THEN a confirmation button. A single misclick causes incorrect results which cannot then be resubmitted. This is so poor. Ultimately, make the content more interactive, make it longer, and make it better designed. GDPR is so important right now, especially given how much data fraud and personal identity theft occurs these days. The test itself needs to be deeply improved to demonstrate the user actually learned what was in the course instead of just clicking their way through.

Very well delivered course! Covers all essential topics and the additional resources make it much , much better value for money! Would recommend as an introduction or a refresher!
