A enforced slow pace is suboptimal
I have a qualification in GDPR from Derby University. I can also read quickly and the enforced pace of this course made me consider it inefficient as it wasted my time. You may define your courses to be suitable for the lowest common denominator but that is lazy thinking since, by definition, half of your audience will be above average learners.
