Great presentation – clear and concise.
Easy to follow. I liked the mini tests within the presentation – could have done with a few more before the test. Only 4 star as my certificate did not download!
too general
I did this course at the request of the school where I work. It was focused very much on clients/customers/sales and made no reference to how GDPR issues might arise in an educational environment.
It was easy to understand.
I found it very informative and it was explained in an easy way. I thought it was good.
Really liked the format
Really liked the format, the short videos, and the time-stamped links to additional content. Only problem is that video buffers when I move to full screen and that you can't click on options to in-video quizzes while on full screen.
Worthwhile undertaking
This course would be better applied in the morning.

Gave all the information needed with out stretching it out.
Slow, dull, occasionally patronising.
The instructor person insists on reading out every bullet point on the screen word for word, and you can't click through the transcript as you read ahead. Test questions at the end are so obvious they seem of little use. Questions in the middle of the course are accompanied by a frustratingly slow 'correct!' animation. Felt like it could have been a snappy 15 mins but it drags to just under 40.
