Delivered in digestible chunks with good combination or presenters speaking and visual support. Clear and understandable language – not full of jargon. Relatable and easy to comprehend. Good testing at the end to ensure understanding and retention.

Important but boring subject
Important but boring subject, this was made a lot easier to understand by the good delivery and not full of the usual waffle about GDPR, I learnt something from this that I never had been informed of before.
