Was easy to follow and understand.
The use of video, which can be paused, backed up by written details supports learning. All sections are clear and easy to follow.
Excellent – refreshingly engaging
Excellent use of short videos to maintian engagement. Some mutiple choice questions to respond to during the course but not predictably after each video. Good, clear speaker to deliver information in manageable chunks. The course delivery felt very inclusive rather than punitve. I didn't feel the questions were trying to catch me out but rather invite understanding. An excellent course.

Course was very easy to understand.
Course had all the relevant learning material not just regarding the organisation's policies, but also gave in-depth explanation of the all the paradigms with in the GDPR regulations. Trainer discussed the UK and EU GDPR as well as the direct transfer of these regulations. It was really interesting to learn about privacy policy, as this gives a brief summary about how an organisation has control over it's basic GDPR principles. Thank you very much.
