Good course structure.
The course was logical structured and therefore, easy to follow and to learn. The video and additional resources were also very supportive for this training.
Clear language, simply put.
Easy to understand. Straight forward plain English. Minimal use of jargon. Lots of helpful information for a relatively low level operator. Demystifies a subject that can seem complicated and "scary"
