videos were very clear
good detail in the videos. The resource links were very good and simple to understand. This is a great course for someone who is new to HACCP or needing a refresher to HACCP

In my opinion this is very important for every body not only the production side also the consumer and even daily life. I hope in future you will bring some more training about HACCP.
Having done this course normally sitting in a classroom it was a lot better doing it on line
As stated above i have being doing these type of courses for HACCP for years but normally do them by sitting in the classroom, it was a lot easier doing it online
