Easy to follow clear and concise

The training material and resources are corrupted, incomplete and incoherent. Seriously needs addressing guys! The test questions ask for information that is NOT covered in the course material due to above reason. The video files are mostly a repetition of the opening presentation….there is very little actual content about safe ladder use! Funny really ;)
