Was useful and easy to understand
Should be able to make use of the lessons outside of the work space, with daily life and lifting tasks. The explanations were pretty easy to understand and the visuals helped a lot.

Do by example
Video has some poor examples as when using trolleys or hand moving loads you should not do this at bottom of stairs without correct Barriers /warning signage in place
